Royal GOLD Tupur and or Planting Mix Anyone use?

Anyone ever use Royal Gold Soil mixes? I just ordered 2 bags of the Tupur Mix (coco and perlite with basalt and aged forest products) and then I ordered the Royal Gold Planting medium (Pretty much Coco w/aged forest products and amendments, but NO Perlite). My plan is to mix the two so I would have a living coco based product. Get the benefits of coco with some added pros of LSO microbes in it. I will add extra Perlite and a few other ingredients I like to throw in, including ground egg shells!

I know that Cal/MAg will be important on the Tupur mix and thought about pre-soaking it before use, and comments on this?

Any words on this product are greatly appreciated.
