So I had to cull a plant yesterday that turned out to be male. It was a Royal Madre feminized from Royal Queen Seeds that turned out to be entirely male. Not hermi, but a male from what was sold as feminized seed. I got it from Herbies pick n mix.
I sent a question to RQS on why this would be, and I got this message:

On 1 March 2015 a new Opium Act came into force in the Netherlands. As a direct result of this, we are unfortunately no longer able to provide advice or recommendations to customers about or for large-scale cultivation of cannabis.

We're sorry that we cannot be of further assistance here. Unfortunately our hands are tied.

So... yeah. Apparently one plant is considered large scale cultivation and that's the only answer I'm getting..
