I have no idea how often i'm going to water them yet. When they where just in the little peat pots i was watering them every other day. Now there in these bigger pots i havn't watered them yet as the soil still looks damp. Just have to wait and see i guess! Maybe i should try it your way just worried i might over water them then, don't wanna over do the water like last time and kill them by making the soil release to many nutes!

They look pretty good. How much water are you giving them and how often? I made the mistake of over watering when mine where that sized and as soon as I switched to this method my plants loved it! Water about 2-3oz every single day instead of 10 oz and waiting 3 days for it to dry out. When the plants get bigger you'll be able to tell when the plants ASK for water. Good luck!

Having trouble with temps at the moment the hot weather isnt helping temps still just above 80 at plant hight now and it's nearly 12am. Really could do with getting them down a bit but have no idea how! Already have 2 80mm pc fans for intake and a bathroom extractor fan to take the hot air away from my light. Thinking about investing in a 120mm pc fan. I dunno though so any ideas would be great. All still going well. Leaves not anymore yellow than they where either! Pic below.

I don't think the extra fans will make a lot of difference, it's down to the weather, my temps have hit 90 for 3 days on the trot.
Check your room temp' and you will find its probably close to 80 too.
I just had to get an AC for my grow room,
The cheapest I saw was £30, mine cost £65 but its a powerful one.
I don't know if it would help you with a cab, I think 80 or just over will be ok, if you think, these plants see 90 to 100 degrees in the natural environment.
I'm really surprised you can smell them, mine don't smell and they are all about 20inches tall, the ones that are flowering do smell though.
Nice to see your plants are really starting to take off now.

Plants looking really good put them outside for an hour eariler when it was really sunny just got to hot for them in my cab! temps where above 90 at one point. They seem fine even though they have had a more stressful day than usual. On to the pics first 1 is of them together then the next 3 are of the smallest plant and finally the last 3 are of my biggest plant. Maybe i should name them would make it eaiser to read and write about them! So any suggestions for names go ahead!

Looking good hmmm, you got through the hardest part, next is waiting to sex them.
That's going to be a few weeks down the road, it'll be good fun watching them grow though.
Well done mate. You must be relieved after the first failed attempt. Once they have a foothold they are fairly hardy plants and you have to be pretty careless to kill them.
For me, the temps have been a bit better the last couple of days. so hopefully yours will have been the same.

Keeping my temps down has been a nightmare in the last week with the hot weather. At pot level there still hitting 85 and it's not even that hot today. My frezzer is full of bottles of frozen water lol.

At last the hot weather is cooling off my temps are finally looking better which i'm glad about. Still havn't watered them since they have been in there new pots so it's been what about 5 or 6 days since i watered them. The soil is looking quiet dry today, still havn't decided if i'm going to water them later on or tomorrow. Pics below.

Yes I think they look better too.

Your plants are looking way too healthy, can't you leave them
to dry out or something or they will start to look better than mine, I don't want you putting me to shame!!!!!!!! lol

I was able to pull one female from 6 germed. But you know what's funny... Everytime I do soil it appears that the odds go to males. Now when I do hydro the odds always point to the females.. WTF!!!

I have no idea why that is sumdumguy. Bit conserned myself that i only have the 2 plants chances are they could be both male. Thinking about germanating a couple more seeds later on today just incase!

Because they are AF, they'll mature and flower when they are good and ready. That's the benefit to this breed (ruderalis). They are NOT dependent to the 12/12 switch. Quite frankly they flower best under 20/4. I think 4 hours of nightly rest is sufficient. You'll just end up with 2 seperate harvests is all. Good idea. These gals eliminate the need for the extra grow tent. Just drop 'em in and let 'em do their thing.

I was a bit conserned that my plants where going to out grow my cab at the rate they are growing. Plus ever time i opened the door on the other one it was slowly dropping apart. After a lot of planning, may i add the first time i have planned what i was going to do before just getting stuck in. lol.

Have made a few changes to what lighting and stuff i'm using. First change is on this cab i have 2 80mm pc fans in my door pushing cool air into my cab. Secondly that bathroom fan was just too loud. So i took the risk and bought the most expensive 120mm pc fan, in a hope that it would have enough strenght to pull though my 4 inch carbon filter. Lucky it does, seems to be working better than the bathroom fan was, temps are back to 80 now. Really pleased about that cos know you can't hear anything unless your stood right in front of my wardrobe door. As for the lighting my big 125watt bulb is still mounted the same as it was, but i now have 4 20 watt cfl's in there as well. (Don't have them turned on at the moment though going to wait till i know what sex they are before i turn them on.)

Bought some plastic ducting too only cost me a couple of £ and it's made things so much easy just slide the ducting over the fan then slide the other end over the carbon filter my air flow is better too since i got the ducting. As for the size of this cab it's a bit bigger but about 8 inch at the top of my cab is taken up by my filter and stuff, thought it looked better tucked away rather than sat on top of my cab. The size of my cab is 90cm high by 45cm wide by 40cm deep. So i have about 80cm of hight space for my plants hope that will be enough. It is also light proof apart from around the door and my fans, which is good because now i can have some dark hours if i like later on without having to worry about light leaking in my cab.

Pics of my new set up below.

The smallest of my plants seems to have a couple of leaves that are culring up but only very slightly noticed it yesterday and it hasn't got any worse. The bigger of the two it's leaves seem to be dropping a bit, noticed that yesterday too. Hope there is nothing to worry about.

Everything still going ok. But is it possible that my plants are already showing sex? Cos when i checked them when i got up i noticed that both of them have like little white/green hairs on there stalks. I don't mean all the way up the stalk, there only where the leaves/branches come off the stalk there in pairs on both sides of the plant. Sorry for the crap explanation. Did try to take a pic but it was just to blurry to make it out. Maybe nothing though cos they both have them just wondering though. So if anyone knows please can you let me know? Thanks.
