Roto Grow Setup - Help Needed!

Hello, I have just won a Roto Grow 600w off eBay! Got it for a bargin price too, just £500 including delivery - $1000. However I need help with setup etc etc. Whats the best way to produce SOG in this little baby? Also has anyone every grown using it? Any info, questions gratefully received.

P.s. what strain would work best in it?

Your going to have to get a few nice mother plants to feed that thing. What size did you get, how many plant's?

Where abouts are you, UK or USA? Below are the specs.

48" 240 roto grow garden
- 2 - 600 watt hps lamps and ballasts
- 240 plant capacity
- pump and reservoir
- cooling fans
- plugs into regular 15 amp outlet 120 v so a transformer would be required available from any b&q.
- aprox50" width / aprox 60" depth /aprox 64" height

how much do they sell for in the grow shop near you?

lol, i thought that after i posted it, no the guy is going to delivery it in a van and put it together although, I will need to dismandle it to get it into attic! Going to need to grow some super mother plants to feed it.

Why not just get the delivery guy's b*tch ass to take it up and set it up there for you. instead of doubling the work

cus im not going to get it delivered to my grow location. Dont want anyone to know where I am growing!!!

Hey can you post a bunch of picture of this thing. I have been looking at the roto garden the mega garden and a few others.I want to fabricate 1 myself but need to see how it turns and how it feeds the solution.Id appreciat it greatly

Can post any pictures you want and answer any questions, however I am away untill the 6th of Aug so cant have it delivered until then. I got it so cheap it would have been stupid not to buy it. Does anyone know a good strong strand suitable for SOG? Cheers!

B.C BIG BUD!!

How long shall I flower from clone with big bud? Approx yeild? They will be under two 600w HPS. I will have journal up as soon as I have location to grow. I'm currently moving so have to wait a coupe of weeks which means I can't even get my mothers growing yet!! Just trying to gather as much info as possible in the mean time.

Don't use Big Bud. With the ability to get so much yield by using so many clones why would you bother with Big Bud? The potency isn't there with Big Bud. If I were going to grow 100 plants in one of those things I would pick something delicious. Something like Mazar or one of the crazy Cali strains. I haven't really seen people on here growing things like Silver Haze, Trainwreck, Diesel, Bubba Kush, Master Kush, and of course there's always the great...OG Kush and Super OG. Afgooey, the list goes on forever. Be creative about your strain as you have the ability to really make some quantity.

oh man, the day has come. thank god. Cant thank you enough, been waiting for the day for someone to actually start posting using one of these. Post as many pics as you can man, and dont waste time posting pics to this server, will take an hour for 10 pictures. post to photobucket, generate html code from there, and you can post 100 pics in 30 seconds.

And fletch, i know exactly what you mean, i want to study the mechanisms and see about DIY. and if someone gets a good DIY going, share the plans also, lets drop the price of these things across the world
