roth question

guys i transplanted my 3.5 weeks veg in a 2.5 galon pot 4 days ago and added bioheaven and algamic and the roth stared to develope so fast that they are growing through the drainage holes at the bottom can i cut those or i really need to transplant it again i want this 2.5 galon to be the last one. the plants is 10'' and really bushy

I had this problem once with an ebb & flow hydro system, I just carefully stuffed them back in, Idk if you can do that with soil though.
