rotating carousel garden help.

I will be starting a grow in a volksgarden i picked up. as with all rotating gardens the stems and stocks bend causing the release of oxins thruout the plant accelorating growth, nutrient uptake and ripening. i have read that systems such as this can take from 25-40% off. Thats big, anybody have any advice?
