rooting hormone personal experience, this stuff works! :)

ok so the pictures should explain everything... the one that says treated with rooting hormone, was treated with the bottle that is in same pic.

i simply fed her once with this stuff, and the other did not.

then i pulled the top layer of soil, and exposed the roots. as you can see the treated plant has larger, stronger looking root system, and the other has a puny root system.

Why not do experiments on mj? How can you be sure the results are relevant otherwise?
Surely it's comparable to testing vaccines on mice and assuming they will work on people?

Why did this guy deserve that attack? All hairy was doing was playing devils advocate on experimenting on MJ. Ill have a scientific debate with you any time HB, very uncalled for axis, ill stay away from your threads from now on, thinkers are not welcome.

I guess it's because it's his thread. He only has 54 posts so that entitles him to be an asshole. But if he does it after 75 posts a mod will terminate his membership.

hey hb, sorry about that, i was drinking with some friends and at the time it seemed funny to scream profanities, but now i realize that it did come off as offensive, (i totally didnt mean it that way, i meant to be teasing you), thats why i make these threads i want to get some good minds together to learn and all...

in all reality, yeah i would like to know how it reacts with the actual plant we are dealing with. i wish i could have some more plants to just experiment with, maybe soon, eh?

I think it's very smart to experiment with tomatoes; they are very much like pot plants. Hormones are some of the most potent chemicals in the world. The rooting hormones signal the plant to grow roots. That's pretty basic I know, but that's how it works; just a simple chemical switch.

Water off a ducks back mate, don't sweat it.
To tell you the truth I've become quite interested to see how a pot plant would react in a similar test. I've been getting a few surplus clones lately so an experiment could well be on the cards.
I'd just like to find two almost identical clones to make it a fair test. I've never had any success at cloning with rooting gel, but if it can accelerate root growth once they have started growing then it could be very useful...
Thanks for inspiring me!

Yeah...
Yay...you got roots....but no need to be a douche.

I still think it's cool...can you get it at any store? or do i have to order online?

I saw something kinda like that...but it was called liquid light? ever heard of it?

Liquid Light is made by Dutch Master and is different, its a foliar spray meant to make the plants take in more light by opening up receptors or something like that, its must work because its some of the most expensive stuff made. I have seen this root stimulator at local stores. Home depot, lowes, walmart, or ace hardware should have it.

I grabbed the WORTEL root stim and this seems to be doing the trick, 10 quid for 250ml! i also use clonex and find that for me this works fine! ive tried organic gel and powder and nothing touches clonex!

Personally i think my $5 schultz rotting powder works as well has clonex gel, but that might just be me.

yeah but this stuff really worked, all plants that i fed with it seemed to really sky rocket, but i am giving them a concoction of things...
