You should be fine. Once I transplanted the same plant four or five times. As long as the soil & ph doesn't change dramatically, they'll adjust and thrive to the new container. I usually tease the roots though, and sometimes I'll slice them and then tease them. It stunts the grow for about a week.
Transplanting, if done properly, is a good thing. Even if done improperly they just get a little transplant shock and recover just fine. Don't worry about it.
