root temp vs. ambient temp?

howdy folks! can anyone out there shed some light on my dilemma. i'm using a greenhouse with hot water heated rows. soil temp between 68 - 75 degrees. how cold can the ambient temp be. the low temp at night when I plan to fill the greenie will be around 45 degrees. if the soil stays warm than it's all good, right?

should be fine, may grow a little slow, nothing detrimental though. I cant say for sure but I imagine with the warmer soil in the greenhouse you will create a micro climate in there, effectively raising your greenhouse temps higher than the outside air temp

Dehumidifier/s really are the answer to this problem. I wouldn't let it go below 55. It's gonna cost you, but it will be worth it bigtime! I would imagine they are used in states/places like CO, where it can get very cold. We use them with winter greenhouse grows in Norcal.

would not drop temps in soil less then 58f that's it. up to 85f. what I do I run the co2 generator 24/7 keeps they temp steady 80s
