i had root rot the other week , i put some h2o2 oxy plus thru the system then some root rot fungal stuff for 10hrs , and now i think the systems clean but this is what im left with , the first plant still has some white roots left , while the second doesnt really , but there both pretty green uptop tho , my ph keeps rising heaps cos of the dead tissue in the res , do u think i should thru the 2nd plant out to keep the ph more stable and maybe save the bigger plant ?

why the fuck do you have Chives in your GanjaGarden?!
that's like having a brewery in your basement, and using it to make shitty Natural Light or something!

as for your plants, AG works best with 1-2. If you're in doubt, and in a bad situation, go with Darwinism. Pick the plant with the best chance of survival, and cut out the other ones, or move em elsewhere.
The side effect, is that the 1 plant gets TONS of root-space, and all the AG lights for itself. Win-win!

you could have kept it in there..just add a couple cfls to it for side lighting.Ive grown 5 BIG plants in it before.but it is perfect for just 2

nah man i thru it out because it was fucked from root rot , hence the name of the thread .
thought the other one was okay ................ now the root rot has came back !

can anyone tell me is it okay to chop off the brownish/dead roots , to stop further damage and ph rising ??

Yup, cannazyme is what I started using since it was half the price of the other. I had good luck with cannazyme, so should work out good for you. If you can try to keep the water temps down, will help it from coming back. I'm trying to figure out how to cool my water, I might throw a small ice pack on a string in the buckets every night when the lights are on. Good Luck!

When roots sit in water the water they have to be oxygenated via. bubbles or theyll dwown rot and die.
