Some good advice here.
And I think you are spot on with your pearlite statement - I don't see any & with out the drainage your soil can retain a lot of water.

If I were to guess, I'd say too dense of a media, over watering. And then there's your temperature issue.

NO, lukewarm water from the sink that I make sure it's ph'd and then let sit in the kitchen for 24 hours on the counter

Ok then the whole rant I went on about too cold of water is bull shit. Sorry bout that. At lest we're checking off the check list.

Looks like you have them sitting on that insulated bubble foam, could be wrong on that? I think that should be enough, but a heat mat would help. I have seen people selling custom sized heat mats on ebay, might want to check that out. When I had my issue I put the pots on thick cardboard and it really helped. They were on cold concrete before that.

If your water source goes through a water softener, you WILL get to know all about toxic salt build up.

Yeah water softeners absolutely suck. I stand corrected. Forgot how horrible water can be.
