Root rot or nutrient stain?

Does this look like root rot or nutrient stain? My temp stays from 68 to 70 degrees and gets no higher than 73

Roots look fine. Sometimes they can be a cream color. Nothinto woery about there.

If it is rotting it will get snotty and pieces will come off if you run it through your fingers.

Ok the roots are still pretty hard just wet amd they are still strong. I appreciate the feedback
