I have used GH for 25+ years but never tried Diamond Nectar. Maybe it's a root staining concoction like Floralicious. You shouldn't need cal mag with tap water. You need to keep your room/root temps down in DWC. My roots can survive 75 degree temps for short periods but other people have problems at those temps.
