Root Riot Cubes, To Soak or Not to Soak

I will never be using these 'root riot' or any fleximix garbage again. They keep drying out, I have put so much unnecessary stress on these little seedlings that I'm worried if I should even continue with them because they have been stressed to the point they will hermie.

From now on they will be germed and just put into their final medium. Such unnecessary complications and struggle I don't know why I've wasted my time or money on these shitty things.
A full veg will give them more than enough time to recover from the stress. It's when they get closer to flower that you have to worry.

Soak the rooter in purified water with a few drops of H2O2.
Squeeze out excess.
Place seed in hole. No need for pre-germination.
Tear off a small piece of rooter and place over hole.
Stick in a drawer.
Keep moist with an eye dropper.
In 3-4 days they will sprout. I can't remember the last time a seed didn't sprout.
10 for 10 last time.
