Root Bound in Flowering

Weighing out the pros and cons in the transplant of root bound plants 1 week into flower. Only issue is they have already undergone a great deal of stress with environmental upsets. We intended SOG but we were forced to dial in our closed room with all our plants causing serious stress and then had wait for plants to recover from the process (ex. dehumidifiers, powdery mildew, Temp.)

So now ALL plants are terribly root bound in 3 gallon bags standing at 4 feet tall 1 week into flower. Only a handful seem to be looking unhealthy which happened basically overnight while the rest of the room are thriving. Nutrients, PH and environment is on point. With everything considered, what would you do? Just removed a few of the weakest plants in the room and the soil was nothing but roots. We are running 1500 ppm C02 and they are growing every night. 3/4 of plants are Kush crosses with the rest different diesels.

Also with root bound plants what issues could potentially arise? Can this affect yield?
Help and any info is much appreciated.
