Hey there,
The question is how many plants can i fit in my room? my grow room demensions leave me with 90sq ft of usable plant area. I planned 4 or 6 1000W HPS and a C02 generator will these combined cause a heat problem?Minisplit is an option.
Any advice is much appreciated.
Thank you for your time

How long is a piece of string pops to mind my friend! I've been looking in to this myself, I plan to grow 8 plants under 2x 400w mh during veg and 2x600w hps during flowering I have a 1.2 x 2.4 x 2.0 grow tent and intend on mainlining all 8. From what I've read It depends greatly on what you would like to achieve do you have weight goals? And just as important is the strain/s you choose as you probs know some are taller than others some are more bushy so can vary greatly take this all into account is my advice! Some vets might have a better answer for you and I would love to hear them!

I would guess you need 2-4x8 trays and 1-4foot walkway....2-600w HPS/MH per tray...and 1 ton of a/c

Im looking for a 1lb minimum of each.
I want trees. Is 6000W & C02 enough to pull a pound per plant? Lets say 10 ?. I just smoked a fatty excuse me if i dont make any sense. Im still looking into the strain i looking for an indica dominant strain

Im assuming everyone ignored the fact that he only has 90sq ft of grow space. Youd be able to use 4 1000w lights at best. Anything more would be overkill.

ohh no problem for a newb, most seasoned growers yield 8-10 lbs. indoors per plant.
8-10 pounds per plant....... ? Thats not right

With 6000w a new grower should get a minimum of 3000 grams dry once you have done a couple more grows looking at pulling 4500 then once your skills are up you can easily pull a pound+ per plant my best is 28 oz from 600w hps light and one plant

I always recommend thinking you will yield less then when you end up with more you will be happy the environment is key to a good grow make sure when lights are off your temp drops and humidity stays low as in late flower you can risk bud rot lots of air flow below and above the plants
Minisplit and a dehumidifier will be great off the top off my head you will need a 6kw split system to cool all them lights but I would recommend going 8kw or two 4kw units just so you can run each unit on 75% and if one stops working you have a back up it all depends on what your plans and goals are do it right the first time and you wont need to waste more money later if you need any more help lots of great people on the forum if your unsure just inbox me and ill help if I can

I think you should consider 600w hps, as you maybe able to fit 9 of these in your area if the room shape will allow it, if they can be set out square in a 3 x 3 grid, with digital ballasts the variable options option for using different bulbs at different stages of growth.
You also need to consider the location and size of the filter/scrubber when positioning the lighting layout.

Thanks for your advice bro! I hadnt thought about the dehumidifier maybe because i didnt think i would need one but now that you mention it i need it. Yea im not expecting much this time around, its not my first grow but by anymeans im definitely not an expert, i will be using rdwc and yes i got a water chiller on its way before the trolls try to trash me. My real question now is will that 1 ton minisplit serve me justice for 6kw and the c02 generator im planning to use? Starting to think its too small.
EDIT
8kw hmm sounds sexy on twelve plants.
