Rockwool

Hi, First time grower. Friend advised me to put in rockwool after the seeds pop. what size are best? ill be transferring to soil once the roots come out the bottom...

Id use jiffy pellets if u going into soil I never transfer cubes or pellets after roots stick out just stresses ur plant out .
Just set the rockwool cube into the pot and plant straight into pot

Sorry for late reply, havent been on here in a while. I just put them straight into soil. 9 girls. first grow. In soil 2 weeks now and looking healthy, apart from 1 that looks all deformed and shit. And obviously some looking better (bigger and stronger) than others. Have 6 critical kush and 3 CBD kush. Many thanks for your help...
