rockwool seedlings

Hey there first hydro grow in rockwool and i was wondering when is a good time to move the rockwool seedlings. One has the root pushing out of the bottom so is it time to transplant? Is there a window or a time table on rockwool seedlings? any help would be awesome

if the roots are looking for somewhere to go, now would be a good time to transplant unless you can grow in air.
