Rockwool salt build up I think? What to do Flush? pics

This is what It looks like at the bottom of the pot and its all over the top of the rockwool so im assuming its threw out the hydroton.

What do I do to get rid of this? and Is it hurting or effecting my plant.

About to start flowering in a week.

Also, I have holes in the middle of the plants fan leaves, not all over but here and there there are holes. Should I use tobacco juice? Will post pics if rep+

i've got the same problem, as few leaves with holes in it, I'm ready to put them into flowering next week....

Heres a pic of my holes? What are they from? spidermites? and should I use Tobacco juice?


Also, What is on my Hydroton and rockwool? Salt Build up? is it bad or harmful? how do I get ride of it?Flushing?
