after clones give roots in rockwool propagation medium, can we place the rockwool clones in organic soil or is it valid only for hydroponics?
thanks
thanks
you'd be nuts to try and remove the rockwool from the roots. you'd only do damage. i plant it (rockwool and all) in soil.

i didn't see it anywhere but i'm assuming he has clones, is a newbie, and doesn't know what to do with em. also, from the structure of the question, it's implied that if it's not good for soil, he was going to remove them, but i'm also high and might be over thinking it.![]()

dont keep them to wet and u got to pre condition RW cubes before u use they have to high of ph
i have this way and i didnt start yet but the firm i bought those rockwools told me that the rockwools are fit at ideal ph...
dunno if it is true
what is the brand name of your rockwool
mine even come with a pamplet tell u to pre cond
shi* then i should buy a solution too. it is another bothering new experience for me now. oh god...
1st i need to find a solution then learn how to soak and make it. but i guess that is the last step i should learn.
No, don't do that unless you just want to throw money away. What I will do is pH adjust water or nutrient solution down to 5.5. You can buy the stuff if you want, but there is no need. A pH of 5.5 will disolve any lime that has built up in the rockwool because of the manufacturing process. Sorry for not clarifying that earlier.
