Rock wool yes/no size

hi im thinkin of usin rock wool to grow a few seeds in so i would like 2 kno if i can get a 2-4 ftc (foot cubed) block of rock wool and if i can where and 4 how much can i get a block 4?

or would i just have to get a loads of 2-3 inch cubed blocks
