people like me have realized how incredibly stupid and retarded the fact that a peice of paper can simply just cover a rock when a rock has to actually take time to repetitively smash a pair of scissors

You could totally substitute paper with a magic wand.

Rock smashes scissors.
Magic wand blasts rock.
Scissors cut magic wand in half.

I dont think there should even be a magic wand its power are too uncontrollable

You could roll a D6 and anything above a 4 could mean the wand backfires and you lose.

can't a rock smash a firecracker? i've had smashed firecrackers before, found them in the road. they don't work.

and if you used the scissor properly you may be able to turn a rock into gravel.

Good try, but magic wand is, by definition, omniscient. You'll need something grander than scissors to cut magic wand. I think firecracker works very well.
