it is reported that aeroponics technology is the most efficient form of hydroponics growing. of course, variables like strain, lighting, nutes, temp, co2, etc. will affect yield. but, i would say that starting with aeroponics is tops. it definitely eliminates the hassle of watering large numbers of plants.
