I’m with you on that. One thing I like about this site is people can’t edit old posts. It makes it easy to click on someone’s profile,view their posts, and tell right away if they’re a troll or not. We all have bad days and say things that can be taken wrong, but some people just can’t help making themselves look bad. A troll’s job is to be a troll, and on this site they can’t hide their resume.

Depending on when it was it?.. People are confusing skunk smells and roadkill skunk.. They are the same people Duke has evwn said it. People just say roadkill bc if u live in the country u know the smell.. When its roadkill ita just stronger bc a car just smashed that gland and the skunk spray is so intense. Has nothing to do with roadkill or rottening meat.. Just that "did some1 just runover a skunk" intensity.. Riot is def a love/hate breeder with most people. He rwally has done much but a reversal spray. Cant think of any of his lines that stand out and have lasted. He stays relevant bc he stirs the shit. I love the fact that he calls out shit like subcool but produce some fire instead of controversy
Roadkill is to me, and most I would think, is when you smell a skunk that has been run over or sprayed. And you are smelling it from a distance.
For sure when it was hit. A fresh hit skunk most of the time still has the gland intact, and got a spray off....once they have been flattened it’s more intense nose burning rubber. Dukes stuff definitely leans toward the burnt rubber “gland smell”. I think most of it is nostalgia, especially the ones that talk about the smell of the grow taking over the whole house. It’s not like back then they were running a 6inch exhaust that’s starts with a 6x24 carbon filter, then 6ft down the line runs through a 6x18 in-line carbon filter, running 24/7 with an unfiltered 6 inch intake dialed back to keep the room at a vacuum. The room is plywood, roxul insulation, 6mil poly, drywall, spackle, with every seam, outlet, and waterline caulked, and foamed both exterior and interior. All this, and every once in a while my whole house stinks from today’s watered down genetics. Nostalgia is a motherfucker....don’t let me go on about the chicks I banged in high school, and how much better 90’s pussy was than today’s lol.

not to dig up old quotes but im just coming across this thread. im a pinch younger then a few of these boys, 33, the last i saw roadkill skunk was in 2001 in upstate NY. same memory as everyone else. we all have the same collective memory of this bud, in so many different places. i feel bad for you guys for never seeing the real thing, had you, youd be as crazed for it back as much as we are!
