My right eye is just tripping me out, I never had it twitch like this before almost like its pulsing. Been happening everyday for the past few weeks. I also have a tingle feeling in my chest on the right side. Never had any issues with my health in the past. I have read it could be caffeine messing up my eyes but nobody reported chest tingles. I also read it could be stress or anxiety. The last thing I read was about lyme disease which is scaring the shit out of me cuz I visited a buddy not long ago and he has the disease. So I guess I'm just worried , my eyes and chest have never acted like this before any help would be great.

Is it more so your eyelid that is twitching?

Do you consume foods and drinks that contain aspartame? For example: diet soda or use Equal for a sweetener. Or sugar free candy or sugar free gum?

if its the skin under the eye it might be fractured and theres air in there.I seen it happen a thousand times when I used to box.Seen one guy blow air out his nose and the skin under his eye filled up into a big air bubble.

happened to me before to.Its not that bad unless it covers your whole eye.

Eating and drinking same stuff as usual. I don't eat that sugar free crap. ill try to think of anything new in my routine. Its the eyeball itself pulsing and not the lid.

This could be true, I have been working a lot in the hot sun almost seven days a week. I'm gonna drink a ton of water and see if it helps.

lol put down the coffee and get some sleep. then drink a bunch of water. that shit happens to me for days sometimes. it's usually a combo of not enough rest and too much caffeine. apparently coffee dehydrates you as well. i mainline that shit. sometimes it happens in my leg or arm or anywhere really. when i was a kid i used to think it was fat growing rapidly haha. as long as you don't start seeing spots you're fine.

dude what the hell??

if one side of your body starts acting funky it could be a sign of a STROKE.

that's right. you could've had a small stroke and not even known about it.

get yourself checked out ASAP.
