Smart... read, research and then go for it.. there are quite a few good threads here to read through and if you ask, many will help here as well... just be prepared to get some crap too...:bigjoint: dont let the few here that are short and sometimes rude get to you, lots of good folks who dont mind helping those that are new and trying...none of us are perfect, mistakes will be made. How to correct those mistakes and learn from them is key to success... And keeping it simple helps too.

What technique of growing could you master before you start?

In the future:

1. Always have them weigh it up in front of you. Don't trust their scale, if you need to verify a 1 dollar bill weighs a 1 gram.
2. Weed first, money second.
3. If they won't let yo u look at it before you buy it, somethings up.
4. If they get mad at any of this don't deal with them.

Now I just have to do the bit where I am honest...this was pretty dumb on your part to pay that much for so little weed. And from here it looks like some straight mids. If it don't smoke good you shouldn't be paying no more than $125 for a whole O of that. You can't trust people when buying off the street, no matter how big their smile is.

If your scales go up to 50g or 100g then have something that weighs half of your scale eg 50-60g for the 100g, write on the bowl or jar exactly so you know for future... then tare and weigh on top. It gives you more piece of mind that your scales are working correctly. So if batteries are going flat or what not... When your happy that the scales are good just use them normally :)). Ain't life great when you got scales :))

The hell it did lol. You can eyeball the difference between 5gs and the amount you paid for with no problem at all. He was just trying to pull a fast one on you. Plain and simple. Drop the little chump even after he makes it right. If he does. He'll be his own undoing in short order anyways. Just a small time chump trying to make a quick buck. People like that are too young

To realize that the real key to any sort of success is having damn good business practices and being that guy who's consistent.

That tid bit about a bill was for if you don't have a nickel. At least you will know if the scale is close. Like a quick exchange.

Thanks for the tips, I'm going to take it as a loss and go back to the better connections I had previously for now. I've lost my monthly supply with this situation which has bounced back my schedule by two weeks. It wasn't a tad bit dumb on my part but I was just too quick and mistaken he usually doesn't do this but I should've known once he got addicted to prescription that his greed would change all around.

As far as techniques I've been looking and getting impatient past two week, being busy with traveling, and now this bs. I have a budget of $800-$1200 if anyone wants to help me out.

And I thought I was helping out the kiddies, he's not responding either. Really didn't have the extra money to "spare" this time either. Oh well lesson learned, time to bite the dust and get to seed searching for a grow.

Nobody steals from me... I don't allow it. Not a penny, not a seed, not a drop of water. I have zero tolerance for thieves. I won't say exactly what I would do, but it would be brutal and he would never rip me again.

Get some friends together and go get your money.
