RH % Help

My plant is in flower right now and my RH% for last 4 weeks has stayed between 35% -40% , I mist 2x's a day (Temp during lights on 77 pretty spot on maybe 74 on occasion , during lights of 68 steady . I have read so many things , AM I hurting my plants by keeping it like this ? I dont have natural light at all so not sure pics would help .

I wouldn't mist them during flower. Early flower maybe, but definitely not late into flowering. My humidity is super low here and they are fine. 18% now in my flower closet and I never spray them.

The humidity will be fine that low in flower
