Reverse by Dutch Master - can you use it in soil?

Hey there - I'd like to know if anyone has used Reverse in soil and if so, what was your result? I'd like to "influence" two really healthy plants I have that are young to DEFINITELY be female (they are bagseedlings, so with my recent luck, I'll have more healthy boys...grrrr).
