Revegging Plant

So I'm getting close to harvesting my last plant and I was thinking about just revegging it while I wait for the needs to come and just tossing it in with my next grow but just putting it where it gets less light than the new ones (they wouldnt be able to completely block the light because I plan on topping the new plants so they grow short and bushy) and having it veg with the new plants and add it to the next yield. Is this worth it and will topping it make a difference at this point? It will have one side getting more light cause of the position it will be in so if I could I'd like to have more bud sites on the one side. Also, if it revegged and I cloned it would the clone grow like normal clones? This plant is really small and is only giving me like a 7 gram harvest cause I stunted this whole crops growth by having it under 16 watt CFL for the first month before I finally got 400 watt HID I'm using now. It produced really good buds and I like this strain I just want the clone to yield a lot more than the mother since I'm growing it right from the beginning after cloning and the seeds I'm waiting on are a different strain. Could I expect these revegged clones to have a yield similar to the new from seed plants?

Yeah re-veg- you'll have a shit load of potential cuttings from the new shoots from the bud sites you leave, good luck Happy growing

I used to reveg all of my plants, now I just do it when I like a phenotype or have problems with a mother plant. Here is one in my veg room now:

They put up a ton of shoots and make good mother plants but if you reflower them the buds are small, I did it for years like that because I was afraid to take cuttings. I would suggest you add light, I have lost a few because I skimped on light in the past also be careful if you foliar feed, -mold likes the old buds.
