VSO Image Resizer - Download

install - open - Choose folder - Choose pics... Multiple choice allowed ... - then resize to any format

ALL FREE

Hey thanks man - I didnt want to re-install Photoshop after a reformat so this works perfectly.

Was able to resize a pic quick for my avatar.
