Along with the Chemdog moniker, that "Greg" was registering, Greg filed for the copyrights for the Reservoir Seeds emblem/icon, you know, the Hunter S. Thompson-esqe pumping fist. Glenn Foster, aka El Presidente @ ICmag, aka Gypsy Nirvana, was bitching about people jumping on to post about Chemdog being busted. All the while, people were frantic asking about Rez and where the hell did he disappear to. Before the posting was yanked off, Gypsy said, "Don't come on here talking about Rezs' disappearance, and Chemdog being arrested. We don't need to have LEO connecting any dots, that they haven't already figured out themselves" He self-edited it shortly after....
Hmmmm....being told not to help connect dots, implies there are dots to that one may be able to connect.
I know Chemdog lived in Massachusetts, it has been mentioned on IC that Rez lived in Maine.
Why would Chemdog want Rez's emblem?
Since, I don't know what Rez looks like, I can't say with absolute positivity that they are really the same person. I see several pieces of circumstantial evidence. How about this, email that picture of Greg/Chemdog to Swerve at Cali Connection, and ask him " is this the fucker who owes you a Rolex... that would help confirm or deny the claim.
Do I believe they are, in fact, one of the same. Yes, I do, I think Chemdog and Rezdog are the same person.
A few reason to support my hypothesis:
1) Maine and Mass, damn close together on the East Coast.
2) Chemdog, the legendary 13 seeds, the clone only king, how much cash would he have raked in he opened a seed company? Who here wouldn't have wanted something from him if he was a breeder somewhere?
3) Elite Clone Only plants often are amazing phenotypes, it's very easy to pheno hunt a cultivar, and just not disclose the parents or provenance, one doesn't benefit by developing clone onlys and just handing them to everyone.
4) Almost every Chem elite clone based thing has a propensity to display intersex traits somewhere in the bloom cycle. It just so happens that almost all of Rezdogs gear is unstable and many do throw male flowers.
5) If you purchase seeds from Rez/Reservoir, and get very lucky, you will more than likely find something uber dank, worthy of an elite clone only title. When its good, it's damn good. Problem is, over half the pack will be ass. When it's bad, it's OMG-fucked unstable, intersexed up, bad.
6) Rez is very passive aggressive, sometimes overly aggressive, If the pic of Chemdog is Rez, that explains a lot really, he looks like a child molester, and he's tired of hearing about it. Rez is IC's cash cow, so he takes his frustration out on people there to make himself feel better for how he's treated in society.
