reservoir drain fitting

Hi I need a fitting of some sort to make a drain on the bottom of my reservoir and need it to be waterproof. Can someone tell me what type of fitting would be best to use? I went to home depot and didn't see anything that looked like it would work. Thanks.

Start out with a uniseal. Stick in a piece of PVC pipe and add whatever valve you want to the end of the pipe.
