Research Paper on Legalization

I am currently in the process of writing a paper about legalization/decriminalization of marijuana usage. I was wondering if anybody has any good links to pros/cons of decriminalization or some good points to add? It has to be a twelve page paper, so I need a lot of information to fill my essay with and anything you have would be very appreciated.
