There are already 134 bills from Congress on Harry Reids desk. He just sits on them while claiming the House of Representatives is causing the trouble. The media has been complicit on this for years. I could give a fuck if congress ever passed a law again so honestly it is likely a good thing. If the president thinks the house is being obstructionist now he should continue to ignore them through the elections and beyond.
