ok im trying to repot i thinmk theres sumthing on the botem like a plastic pieace that the roots might have raped around u think thats possib???????also my plants 1 an a half weeks in flowering can i repot????????plezzzz help

worst help iv eva got wats the point of even posting son to get dat extra post u fuck boi all i need to kno is if i can repot 1 1/2 weeksin to floowering its got lil mini buds can i repot or not?
