replies not visible

hi admin, i see there are replies noted on the index page to my journal...yet when i go to actual journal there are no replies visible? ghost in the machine?

well that pic i posted above here is a screen capture of one of my journal links...yet when i enter the journal there are no 3 replies...yet as you can see 3 replies are noted?

im not following what you're all saying? because on my 2 other grow journals it aint happening? im not doing anything different from my 2 previous journals, before only comments or replies 'from other people' would show? im not distressed about the phenomenon ...its just that it hasnt happened before?

only thing ive done is change my signature to go to the thread which has the 3 different journals linked? must be that maybe? no prob...tanx for all your input!
