Should I be replanting my plants from seedling trays to 9" pots or should I be re planting them 2 or 3 times as they get bigger?

I feel its best to transplant about 3 times. IME, the the roots end up using a majority of the final pot doing this. I plant seedlings in something like your size, then transplant them into 1-2 gallon pots for a month of veg, and then into 3 1/2 to 4 gallon for flower.
Can you see roots crowding up in the bottom of your pot?

They should be good for a min in that size pot.

My question was about roots in the bottom of your pot. That is a decent indicator of need for transplant.
