Replant

So me and one of my friends where growing some weed and we had some seeds in a sand box on accident i was wondering... is there a way for me to move the plants from the sand to regular soil?

Ya just dig around the plant as much as you can, or around the roots if possible and put it in a new pot. make sure no roots are exposed to the light or they will die and water your plant after you transplant it.
