0.25A should be fine for most 120mm fans i think? Im assuming 12V? pretty sure my 100mm's are running at 6V / 0.2A.

I already have it set up to receive a 3 pin fan, problem is it will need to move enough air at .25amps, because that's what is supplied. Unless you guys know how to switch the fan power source? What fan do you recommend? Any other cooling solutions, such as thermal paste?

Just do some research on a few 120mm fans. Try to pick one that has higher cfms and quiet at the same time. http://www.bitfenix.com/global/en/products/accessories/spectre#specs The 120mm spectre is quiet and I believe has enough cfms to cool your light. I'm a strong believer in bitfenix as I use their products in cabs for diy carbon scrubbers. Thermal paste won't do shit. Its meant for conduction heating between two pieces of metal. eg. light to aluminum heatsink.

If you wanted to upgrade the power supply its an easy task as well. Just take a 12v wall plug and solder the ac terminals to the ac terminals of the led light. Presto now you have dc on the other end.
