Repeal?

Wonderful ...

"Keep AZ Drug-Free recently announced its intent to place a Prop 203 repeal measure on the ballot next November."

Prop 203 just barely passed. If it gets on the ballot, it's totally possible that it could get repealed.

it's game time boys! go out and get involved in the process. Gallup just released a poll that says 50% of Americans are in favor of legalization. Prop 203 will not be repealed. The genie is out of the bottle and most of the patients that are on the program fall within the age demographic most likely to vote for a repeal of prop 203 (40s and up). We need to amend prop 203. We should get the verbiage together and start a moveon.org petition to amend prop 203 to eliminate the 25 mile rule.

it barley passed but it was a non presidential election. more young people vote during presidential elections so I do not see this being an issue at this time. however if we keep having people trying to screw over patients I can see this law getting repealed
