What is the point of +rep? How does it benefit someone? I've considered +repping someone, but didn't exactly know why I would/should lol. Please advise

no point really. just more interaction with members. members love to see their rep bars swell up

The point of +rep is "anything you want", basically. I do however limit my use of it for posts I consider outstanding. cn
