ya they aren't on the new layout for some reason. If you go to your options, you can change the skin of the page and pick the old one blzn07) WALLA! Yofe! Scales!

i'm using the blazin skin and by the post number in the top left corner of each post there's what looks like an old fashion balance scales next to exclamation marks
