Now, if you look under a users avatar, you see "Journal This Post" . The Star symbol next to 'journal this post' is the rep button, click that and type in a message and that gives the user rep for that post

I never noticed those little buttons down there nor did i care. Now i will be on a +rep spree. Do i have a limit on this rep card?
