+ rep for anyone with Sure to Grow experience

I tried to do a search for everyone's experience and was unsuccessful. I was wanting to switch from my hydroton to STG Hail or their Deluge insert and was looking to see if anyone had done this before.

I'm currently using a 12 pot CAP E&G.

yo i use stg i had trouble germin in the starter cubes. besides that i use the stg loose fill in my dwc and it works good for me. i have no complaints

i would also like to know this i cant decide between hydroton, cubed rockwool, or the hail stg in my new sog flood n drain setup. any help would be much appreciated as there isnt much info to be found on them.

dont fuck with stg it stays wet forever, i like the grodan grow cubes its basically rockwool cut up to about the size of your fingernails..
