BTW, the dog will force the utility to send you a notice that they need access to read your meter. If, that is, they still read them manually in your area...a lot of utility companies read them electronically now, by driving down the street.

no offense, but ppl really kill me coming on here asking for advice on how to break the law.. I mean damn . This site isnt for learning how to break the law. Threads like this should be deleted as it cannot possibly be good for rolitup..

is this a joke? cause the site is about growing weed, which is illegal in most of the world. I'm not trying to be a prick...I just cant tell if you're kidding.
