I've found a trailer big enough to house the family for the move/renovations, got it cheap as shit, and on the front as well, just working it off at slave labor prices IMO.... only 190hrs to go!
should have it on the property, and be moved out of here in the next month.
As for everything else, gotta wait for the court system to sort out, most likely stretched out over the next year or so.
