I have a single plant i started 12/12 from seed just too see what would happen.
She is growing nice.
She is 3 weeks old.
I am using just a cheap 300w led.
Its about 130 actual watts.
I was trying to get 1 main cola.
My plant has alot of side braches.
Should i remove those or not since i was trying for just a main cola?

If your just gonna have the one plant, I'd leave it = more yield. If you really insist on having one cola, then yeah, remove them. Do you have a pic?

Cut off the lower ones for now, to get one cola.
You may have to take off a couple more later, just depends on how the plant develops.

Not all strains will perform the same, under the same conditions. Best advice I can give you is to practice a few times with different approaches.
Finding a growing style that you like that will go along with a strain you like is a challenge in itself. I'm learning to do different styles and different strains at once, and having fun doing it. Not every one I grow turns out to its full potential. That's part of the hobby, you'll learn what works and what won't. Some of most important comes real quick.so be ready.
But I have grown a couple.
image.jpg This bud should've be 10 in long instead of 6, I'm if I'd have cut more off the bottom it probably would've, and I took off the bottom 10 limbs. (5 internodes). If I'd taken more off I think that growth would've went to the top. Just my thoughts.

How's yours looking?
