It won't get anywhere. His parents and the photographer are at more fault than the band. Plus his little photo shoot around 5-6 yrs ago to commemorate is pretty telling about how "painful" this really has been for him. Wait until they find all the people he's bragged to about being the baby on the cover over the years. Game over.

I think it’s interesting that they didn sign rights to allow use of the picture. That alone is a loop hole. But doesn’t benefit me other than a funny read.
