Refrigerating Nutes?

I do a perpetual scrog 2x2 soil grow, small grow but produces more then enough for myslef. Anyway after feeding my plants I always have way too much nutrient solution left over. I cut down the proportions by half to but still I end up with leftover. I could cut them down to 1/4 I guess but first I was wondering if it is possible to refrigerate it? I've left it in room temp. before and it started to smell a little and I dumped it but I hate wasting it :(

What do you mix the nutes in? I use a 1 gallon bottle so that you can leave the cap on for easy shaking/mixing. There should be a slight smell but if it is overwhelming than you might have a problem

I use a 1 gallon plastic jug. The smell wasn't overwhelming but I could tell it smelled different then when freshly mixed. How long do most people keep mixed nutes around? Are you assumed to use it all in 1 feeding?

Nope I keep it around for about a week or two feedings. It is fine for the minor smell change, keep it around and use it for your next feeding

Thanks guys! I usually make enough for exactly 2 feedings so that would be perfect. I'll just keep it where I store my nutrients / plain water - temps there are like 73.

Yeah Ive used mine in the fridge, I have some neptunes that says to discard after mixing if you have any left over (being it's from fish and smells like it) I put it in the fridge and it kept just fine, shouldnt think it wouldnt work for anything else.
