Reek'n Seedling Yellowing

Hello all, this spring I'm running Rare Dankness Warda Reek'n OG & Tree Town Seeds Project 13 (4 of each). I have a Reek'n seedling @ day 9 that is looking like it wants to turn yellow. Out of 4 that germed 2 grew upside down and died. Then germed 2 more and they got suffocated by the seed shell. I found out later that a little buffing the seed on the slit's length with an emery board before germ fixes that. I recommend buffing especially if your environment is dry and if your gear looks thick.
The soil is Promix HP Myco, I added some more Myco, Humic and General Organics root food. I add a pinch (2 fingers) of crab shell to top of solo cup. First water from top then bottom water only. Water is aerated BT treated rainwater 15 ppm.
Here's some pic's IMG_3790.JPG IMG_3792.JPG

I don't think it is a big deal since the others are fine and same soil for all. Any ideas?

You should be using the bioroot at 5ml per gallon. In accordance with 2.5ml of their bioweed product. give them some mycos with it and your root zone will be in good shape.

Yeah that's what their PDF suggests but you know how they are, they want you to use it up faster to buy more.
